- The Alberta School of Business has extended the Fall 2021 Bachelor of Commerce application deadline to June 1, 2021. You can apply for admission here.
- For the Fall 2021 intake only, students can complete BCom admission requirements in the Spring 2021 term
- Applicants can submit official transcripts and documents until June 30, 2021
Evaluation
- Applications must be completed with all required official transcripts and documents received, before an applicant will be evaluated by the Alberta School of Business. Please visit the U of A Admission website for information on submitting official documents and transcripts
- Processing of final admission offers for the Bachelor of Commerce program will continue until the quota has been filled.
- All applications to the BCom programs are reviewed for eligibility by the Alberta School of Business Undergraduate Program Office.

- UAlberta Launchpad
- After you have submitted your application, you will have access to the UAlberta Launchpad portal to check your application status and review any checklist items for your program.
- UAlberta Launchpad will indicate if you have any outstanding required itemssuch as non-U of A transcripts or course outlines. Please confirm that you have submitted all required items by June 30. If you are currently attending a college or university within Alberta your institution may automatically send an electronic copy of your transcript to the U of A, please verify Post Secondary Transfer Applicants required documentation. U of A students are not required to submit U of A transcripts. Applicants are responsible for ensuring all required items have been received by the Office of the Registrar. If you have questions about the receipt of your transcripts, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
- When your admission decision is available, you will be notified by email to go to UAlberta Launchpad to view the decision.
- If you have received an offer of admission to the BCom program, you must accept the offer on UAlberta Launchpad. Once you have accepted your admission offer, you will be eligible to register in courses on Bear Tracks after your enrolment appointment date.
Bear Tracks
- You will register in courses on Bear Tracks. You must accept your admission offer on UAlberta Launchpad to be given access to register in courses on Bear Tracks. If you do not accept your admission offer on UAlberta Launchpad, you will not have registration access on Bear Tracks.
- Make sure your contact information is up to date. You can update your contact information directly on your Bear Tracks account.

UAlberta Gmail
- Please continue to check your UAlberta Gmail account for admission decisions.
- The U of A and the Alberta School of Business use electronic communication through UAlberta email with its students instead of paper resources. Please refer to the Electronic Communications Policy for more information.
- You will receive an update to your Bear Tracks account and email correspondence will be sent to your UAlberta Gmail account, including information on your admission offer and registration.
